What data we collect
We collect the information you provide via our contact form or when signing a contract: full name, business name, tax number (AFM), email, phone number and address. We also collect browsing data via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we collect it
To perform the registered-office lease agreement, issue invoices, communicate with you, comply with our tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send you informational communications.
How long we keep it
For the duration of our cooperation and afterwards for as long as required by tax legislation.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise your rights: legal@officebooking.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. It is shared only where required by law (e.g. AADE/Taxisnet) or with providers that support us technically (hosting, email) under data processing agreements.
